Terms of Service

By using OBSLICE you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms are between you and OBSLICE SIA, Samtu 3, Riga, Latvia.

OBSLICE helps golfers discover each other, create and join rounds, and communicate. OBSLICE is a platform for connecting people — it does not organise, supervise or guarantee any round.

You must be at least 16 to use OBSLICE and able to enter a binding agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant OBSLICE a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. You must have the rights to everything you upload.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other members
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, advertise without permission or run scams
• Use OBSLICE for illegal activity
• Scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service

Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.

OBSLICE does not verify members or run background checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions. Meet in public places and use your own judgement.

Golf involves inherent risks, including injury from golf balls, clubs, carts, weather and course conditions. You participate at your own risk.

Creating a OBSLICE round does not mean a golf-course tee time has been booked. The host remains responsible for ensuring the actual booking exists unless OBSLICE explicitly provides tee-time booking functionality in the future.

Cancel as early as possible if plans change. Repeated intentional no-shows may lead to restrictions or removal from OBSLICE.

Golf professionals and caddies discovered through OBSLICE are independent third parties. Any engagement, fee or service agreement is between you and them.

Golf courses are independent third parties with their own rules, pricing and booking policies. OBSLICE is not responsible for green fees, availability, access or course conduct requirements.

The OBSLICE name, logo, design and software are owned by OBSLICE SIA and may not be used without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or where necessary for safety or legal reasons.

You may delete your account at any time. Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

OBSLICE is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

OBSLICE relies on third-party providers such as authentication and hosting services. Their terms may also apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBSLICE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other members, courses, pros or caddies. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms and will change the "last updated" date above when we do.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
